There was plenty of space for us to relax, and lots of room in the basement for the kids to play (we brought our own toys/games). The backyard is small but pleasant. Had the weather been better and warmer during our visit, it would have been great to eat outside. Everything was clean, we were provided with all the details we needed, and even some extras! Communication was excellent and we were given a whole tour upon arrival.
