Enjoy a luxurious experience in this central accommodation.  
It is the safest area of Guayaquil and the most touristic, it has the best restaurants and entertainment venues day and night.  
The building and its surroundings have 24-hour security. There is 24 hour reception in the building and security cameras everywhere, very secure area and building.  
The space  
Modern apartment with two master bedrooms, each with a full bathroom and closet. Fully furnished, it has a furnished living room, a fully equipped kitchen with an extractor fan, microwave, refrigerator, basic utensils, a dining room with a table for 4 people, an additional laundry room, a TV with Netflix, Wi-Fi, a private parking lot  
Guest access  
For security reasons, guests may use the social area (swimming pool, sauna, gym, whirlpool) for long stays (10 nights minimun)  
  
In addition, at the time of check-in, all guests who are going to stay are requested to bring a copy and original of their identification document (identity card, passport, etc…), for security reasons they must comply with those requirements…

Puerto Santa Ana is a tourist place in Guayaquil, where you can safely walk along the beautiful boardwalk 2000, you can visit many restaurants that offer a wide variety of national and world cuisine.  
  
You can go sightseeing when you get off the apartment and walk towards the music museum and continue along Numa Pompino street, which is the historical part at the foot of the Santa Ana hill, where Guayaquil was born.  
A 15-minute walk away is Calle Panamá, where you can visit the Cocoa Museum and a culinary offer installed in the premises that have opened in this central area of Guayaquil.  
The transportation service from the Guayaquil airport to the department is given for an additional value, check availability
