I didn't have any interaction directly with the host but the front desk was very friendly when we arrived and throughout our visit. My adult daughter (who is fluent, but I am not with her) and I stayed in this vrbo for several nights. At first the front desk couldn't find our reservation but it got sorted pretty quickly. It was a nice corner apartment with a beautiful view, a comfortable bed, and efficient air conditioning (on very hot days!). There was a nice little coffee shop within a mile that we enjoyed walking to most days. We really enjoyed the outdoor pool area as well as the quiet setting, and would stay again.
