Bathroom didn't flush, the shower barely worked, my room was not clean when I got there - they were supposed to clean it before I returned at night but didn't. I had to park on the street. I don't think they even changed the sheets of the bed, it was a bad experience.

Buenas noches la reilada no es como uno se imagina el hotel, no hay agua, el baño de bañarse esta demasiado sucio tiene goteras el techo de los baños.

Moest lang zoeken in het donker 's avonds waar de deur was. Alles was afgesloten. Verschillende keren aangebeld en dan zei een meneer dat hij open zou doen. Heeft zeker een half uur geduurd voor een aardige Spaanstalige mevrouw open deed. 2 steile smalle trappen op en beneden heel smalle, lage doorgangen waar ze ook nog een halve VW kever in de weg hebben staan. Als daar toch brand uitbreekt. Kamer was oké. Op de site staat dat er vele talen gesproken worden, dit klopt niet. Men spreekt alleen Spaans. Alleen Axel meldde zich via whatsapp in het Engels.

STAY HERE ITS AWESOME!
First THE PLACE IS AWESOME! And as an American I get lost easily...but the owner gave me his personal number and I can contact him wherever I am I Guatemala AND THE GUY WILL ACTUALLY HELP ME!! Try to find THAT sort of service in USA! Rooms are CLEAN and comfortable. Not too far from things and Uber is here! Breakfasts are GREAT plus they make food for you like sandwiches at your request for a small decent fee. I’ll CERTAINLY stay here again when I return . This is a REALLY nice place to stay and the prices are GREAT!

Seemed deserted. Property looks run down. However, I did have a nice room with shared bath and the bed was new and excellent. No staff. Only one young man who appeared from time to time.

Llegamos bien, los baños están fuera de la habitación y son compartidos al igual que La Cocina, no tenían cable en las habitaciones, lo recomiendo para pasar una noche rápido y solo dormir.

Best Hostel in Central America
I stayed in many cities in central america. But this hostel makes you feel home. The best $6 I spent in Guatemala. Nice olace, great are. 1 block from public transportation. Breakfast is only $1.25 (pancakes and fruit) new beds! Great staff.
