Sempre respondeu rapidamente.O apartamento é muito claro, estava muito limpo, banheiro excelente, camas confortáveis. Preciso destacar alguns poucos mas impactantes problemas.O anúncio dizia ter wifi, churrasqueira e piscina, porém o prédio não tem piscina, a churrasqueira não podiamos usar por não sermos proprietários e wifi não tinha no apartamento, o que causou um grande transtorno pois minha filha é jornalista, estava em home office e não tinha como trabalhar. Tivemos que adquirir um plano pos pago da Claro, gasto que não estava previsto. O wifi anunciado era do prédio (mas não estava funcionando).Tenho queixas em relação ao condomínio, extremamente inflexiveis no sentido de que não podiamos receber uma visita para almoçar, ou tomar um café. Isto é absolutamente ilegal, porque, a partir do momentos que alugo um imóvel eu tenho direito de receber visitas, sendo ou não aluguel temporário. Isto é lei e mesmo a convenção do condomínio não está acima de lei federal.Me senti o tempo inteiro observada e julgada pelo zelador, que inclusive não abria as torneiras para que na volta da praia pudessemos lavar os pés para tirar a areia, alegando que estavam racionando.Amei o apartamento, porém o prédio, o condomínio é muito mal gerido. ##### Mara F.
