A charming stone farmhouse located in the picturesque Tuscan countryside, offering access to several notable attractions within a short driving distance. Guardistallo is approximately 3 km away, while Casale Marittimo is about 5 km from the villa. In these towns, you can find various local shops, markets, and boutiques offering regional products, crafts, and daily necessities.  
  
Villa Teresina (400 sqm) is perched on the hillside and offers breathtaking panoramic views, only 3km away from restaurants and shops.  
  
Outside, the villa boasts a charming pergola with wrought iron tables and chairs. The property features a barbecue area, a solarium, and a stunning heated infinity pool measuring 10x5 meters and 150 cm deep.  
  
On the ground floor, the villa features a large living room with comfortable sofas, a charming stone fireplace, and an entertainment space equipped with an LCD TV, DVD player, stereo system, and Wi-Fi connection.   
The equipped kitchen opens onto a covered porch and terrace overlooking the swimming pool.
