The comfortable apartment is immersed in the green Tuscan countryside, a few kilometers from the **beaches** and the pine forests of Marina di Cecina **13 Km** and from Marina di Bibbona **18 Km**.  
  
Near by Guardistallo (Km 1,3) and Casale Marittimo (Km 3) with restaurants, wine bars and shops of all kinds with gastronomic specialties.  
  
The shared   **swimming pool**, with a beautiful sea view over the Tuscan archipelago, will be open from **10 June until 30 September**.  
  
Private and fenced garden, with grill and wood oven. A beautiful porch to live outdoors from breakfast to dinner enjoying the silence and the scents of nature. Private parking. Automatic gate. Am Haus Säule zum Aufladen von **Elektroautos**.  
  
Ideal for **two people**. Only one small animal, max 10 kg, is allowed upon request and for a fee.  
  
A corner of peace that enjoys a sunny and breezy position, approx. 200 meters above sea level.  
  
Nearby there are many paths for lovers of walking, trekking and mountain biking.  
  
Close to the renowned historical centers such as Castagneto Carducci, Bolgheri, Populonia ... small jewels of the Etruscan Coast.  
  
Strategic point to reach, with day trips, the famous Tuscan cities of art: Volterra, San Gimignano, Siena and Pisa.
