That's a holiday in the west, but not here. The hotel was super quiet, only saw three other guests at breakfast. The food there was what is to be expected, maybe a bit overpriced. Short walk to Aeon Shopping Plaza. Across the road (pedestrian tunnel) from Metro station. 10 minute walk to a small plaza of restaurants down Kouan Ave. Not really a tourist district. Were there primarily on business.
