We have the breakfast at the cafe on 61th floor, the table was not tidy up and the tableware were dirty. However, the room that I was given was not up to 4-5 star status. There were huge stains on the carpet, peeling wall paper on the walls as well as peeling upholstery on the headboard of the bed. Now it's abit rundown although the facilities are still in place. My room had carpet stains, and the bed's headboard leather is peeling. Sofitel used to give complimentary fruit baskets with every stay, under mels Weldon they no longer do so. Also, don't bother buying their buffet breakfast, the selection is quite sad. The hotel also recently cut out their English movie channels in a cost-saving bid.
