Es una mujer carente de actitud de servicio, le molesta cualquier duda que se le pregunte. Atiende el teléfono de muy mala gana, negando todo el tiempo disponibilidad de habitaciones a pesar que se le informó que teníamos reservación y pago confirmado desde este portal de Expedia. Cuando llegamos nos recibió con un trato muy poco amable y de muy mala gana. Cuando pedimos hablar con algún responsable de mayor jerarquía como el Gerente, dijo que era imposible, el único contacto era ella y el dueño del Hotel reside en la Ciudad de México. Llegamos al medio día y nos dijo que teníamos que esperar hasta la tarde para entregarnos la habitación. Le solicitamos un día mas de permanencia en el Hotel y no fue amable para aceptar, darnos opciones o precio, solo ratificó que no había habitación disponible. The hotel staff help us with recommendations, arranged tour guides and airport transportation. It is a beautiful hotel and the king size bed I had in my room was a little on the firm, which is good that I like firm beds but, if you don’t like firm you would not like it. Also, it was very clean and the cleaning was done everyday. Room was a beautiful suite overlooking Guanajuato; not the best view of the city but still very nice. Room was hot the first night and we needed the AC - for which we had to go to the front desk and ask for the control for to turn it on (this baffled me, why not just leave it in room?) But temperature dropped significantly after that and the climate was perfect without heat or AC. Bathroom nice and clean but another odd thing, there is a whirlpool bathtub but no faucet...? I guess you are supposed to fill it up using the shower? Found that a bit odd as well. Finally, parking - this hotel has NO parking. The hotel guy did offer to help us get the car parked for a modest fee, but we wouldn't be able to get it again until after we left and the timing just didn't work for us. We had to park in one of the commercial lots nearby which are VERY expensive - almost USA prices. So if you're driving in, prepare for that.
