### Beautiful apartment for 6 guests with WIFI, balcony and pets allowed

103 m2\. More information by the provider: Sunny and with a lot of wood equipped 4.5 room apartment (103sqm) on the 1st floor of a detached two-family chalet built in 2011\. Awesome panoramic view to the surrounding mountains (Spitz-, Mittag- and Schlauchhorn). 2 uncovered parking spaces are available, furthermore 1-2 covered parking spaces, depending on the available space in the underground parking garage. Laundry with washing machine and tumble dryer for common use are available. A furnished balcony with electric barbecue, furnished garden with kettle grill as well as a children's swing and a sand box on the lawn behind the chalet are also available. The chalet Majelas Heiti is situated at the end of the village Gsteig (11km away from Gstaad) beside the campsite Heiti which also disposes of a public restaurant. There are good bus connections to Gstaad respectively to Col du Pillon (Glacier 3000) and Les Diablerets. The bus stop is only 50m away from the chalet. The small skilift Gsteig is in close proximity of the apartment. Gsteig is ideally located for summer and winter holidays. Important notes: By occupancy with up to 2 persons (lower price) there is only one bedroom at your disposal. The other two bedrooms remain locked. The gallery can be used as a children's corner, as a sleeping possibility for children only upon request.  
Spacious and bright living-/dining room (total area of 60sqm) with open-plan kitchen (furnished with ceramic hob, combined oven/microwave oven, dishwasher, coffee machine with capsules (Nespresso) as well as a fondue- and raclette-set), dining table, swedish oven, sofa and TV. 2 bedrooms each with 1 box spring bed (180x200cm). 1 bedroom with box spring bed (160x200cm). 1 bathroom with separate shower, bathtub and toilet. 1 separate toilet. Store room, washing machine and tumble dryer (including ironing board and flat iron) are available on the lower ground floor. The whole apartment disposes of a floor heating, individual adjustable in each room. WiFi. Baby cot (70x120cm) incl. bed linen and highchair available. Important note: By occupancy with up to 2 persons (lower price) there is only one bedroom at your disposal. The other two bedrooms remain locked.  
INCLUSIVE: Electricity, heating, water, 2 parking spaces (uncovered), firewood, WiFi, baby cot (70x120cm) incl. bed linen, highchair, bed linen, kitchen and bathroom towels (initial supply), final cleaning and visitor's tax. EXCLUSIVE: Capsules for the Nespresso coffee machine can be obtained from the apartment owner at CHF 00.20 per capsule, washing machine and tumble dryer at CHF 1.50 per wash, pets CHF 5.00 per day, to be paid directly to the keyholder. \*\*\*Pets welcome\*\*\* Important: Please note that in most of the properties only one pet (usually one dog) is allowed. Further respectively other animals have to be requested before booking.
