« Great property and fantastic views. Easy key collection procedure. We had a lovely relaxing week here aside from a few unfortunate set backs. 1- the fridge was faulty when we arrived which was worrying as we had meat and dairy to store. Staff kindly brought a small one for us to use the next day. 2- we couldn’t use the barbecue until we waited for cleaning as it hadn’t been cleaned after previous guests. Cleanliness of the properly was generally not as good as we’d hoped. 2- we suffered a...

Le petit déjeuner est tres décevant est tres éloigné de ce que l'onn trouve habituellement dans un 5 étoiles: menu tres pauvre, service incroyablement lent, mauvaise qualité des plats cuisine (oeufs brouilles secs, pancakes immangeables, ...) La localisation est parfaite, au bout de la rue commerçante de Gstaad."
