This three-story property, built in 1966, offers a cozy retreat with a terraced garden spanning 1,200 square meters. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like central heating, a washing machine, and a drying room. The chalet boasts a yard, internet WiFi, parking, and even a tennis court for your leisure pursuits.

Embrace the great outdoors as you step into the terraced garden, where you can bask in the sun's warmth and soak up the fresh mountain air. The property's serene location on the outskirts of Barboleuse, just 1.1 km from the center, offers a peaceful escape while still being conveniently close to local amenities.

Please note that a narrow 200-meter motor access leads to the chalet, and snow chains may be necessary during winter. Additionally, a stepped path with 16 steps guides you to the main entrance. On-site parking is available for up to 3 cars, and a single garage is provided for your convenience.

Winter enthusiasts can enjoy the proximity to a mountain railway (4 km), ski lifts (5.4 km), gondola lifts, slopes (650 m), a ski bus stop (700 m), and an ice rink (3.7 km). For family fun, a children's playground is just 1.2 km away. Unit Layout  
You will be staying in a 7-room chalet that spans three levels and faces south for optimal sunlight exposure. The living and dining area features an open-hearth fireplace for decorative purposes, a dining table, and a TV with a flat-screen display. This area provides direct access to a balcony that also faces south. One room includes two beds measuring 90 cm each and has its own exit to the south-facing balcony. The compact kitchen is equipped with four hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, an electric coffee machine (extra capsules for the Nespresso machine are available for purchase), and a raclette grill. Additionally, there is a hatch connecting the kitchen to the living area.  
  
Amenities Included  
The chalet offers a range of amenities to make your vacation comfortable and convenient. These include a washing machine for your laundry needs, dishwasher for easy cleanup after meals, heating to keep you warm, and a television for entertainment. The maximum occupancy is eight guests, with five bedrooms and two bathrooms available. The bedrooms are furnished with beds measuring 90 cm and 160 cm (double bed).  
  
Other Information  
The upper floor of the chalet features a small room without a wardrobe but with one 90 cm bed, a room with one 90 cm bed, a double bedroom with a 160 cm bed, and another double bedroom with two 90 cm beds. Both double bedrooms have direct access to the south-facing balcony. There is also a shower and a separate toilet on this level. The chalet boasts wooden floors throughout, adding warmth and rustic charm. Outdoor spaces include a large 20 m2 balcony facing south and west, as well as a smaller 8 m2 balcony facing south, both furnished for your enjoyment. From these vantage points, you can take in breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding mountains. The property offers reserved parking for up to three cars and a garage. Please note that this is a non-smoking house, and there is no elevator.
