Welcome to our 115m2 spacious and comfortable Apartment, ideally located in the serene town of Grünheide on Friedrich-Engels-Str. Whether you\`re here for work or leisure, our accommodation offers everything you need for a pleasant stay.  
  
There are 2 spacious bedrooms with five single beds in total. All beds come with fresh linens and ample storage for your belongings.  
  
\*Cleaning Policy:  
The will be clean only before and after your stay. If you wish to have extra cleaning, you can book it in our extra services for an additional price.  
  
\*Extra Services:  
In addition, We propose extra services such as late check-out. All these services can be found in Arbio reservation page.  
  
\*My Reservation / Booking  
All important information (such as reservation details, check-in instructions, google maps directions, extra services etc.) can be found on your Arbio reservation page. All guests will get access to the link via message.
