There are two bedrooms, king and queen, and two bathrooms located on the main level and a 3rd bedroom located upstairs that provides a king bed and a king fold-out sofa. There is also a privacy fenced backyard with a patio and outdoor seating. Property manager is a licensed real estate broker in GA and SC. The beds were a little low to the floor and the toilet set a little too high for comfort. The communication on the other hand was lacking. Emails were made in advance and didn’t receive anything before arrival. Had to contact host upon arrival. They only communicate through text.
