« Stayed here previously without issues. This time was different. First room had an awful smell. Staff did change our room. Second room also had a very odd smell (like maple syrup) but was not disgusting like the first. When showering, we noticed mold on ceiling (took pics). Breakfast next morning was luke-warm to cold. « The ac worked great.. The room stayed cold. However the room was dusty and had not been swept. The night shade didn’t work. I didn’t call the front desk to have the items fixed because we got in late. The carpet in the hall had not been vacuumed. The bed was soft and clean. The bathroom door wouldn’t close because a piece of the door was broken. Not sure I would stay again. »

« The property is pet-friendly, which is a big plus. I really like the furniture, and the easy in-and-out access makes the stay very convenient. The only thing I missed was having breakfast on-site, but honestly, I prefer paying a lower room rate and choosing breakfast elsewhere rather than paying more for a room that includes a limited carb heavy breakfast option. »

« I sat in the lobby for 30 minutes calling the office trying to do late check in and could not get anyone to answer the phone. Ended up having to get another hotel room from different hotel. Called the next morning to get a refund and was told that they needed to speak to a manger and would call me right back. Never got a call back. »

« I had a very bad experience with expedia my reservation was canceled 20 min before check in and was no help was so disappointed had to book something close by it was my son's graduation surprise but when I checked in this other place the owners went beyond to make our stay great friendly gave us a free boat ride was an amazing experience made something bad turn into an amazing experience thank you forever grateful the nicest sweetest people and an awesome place to stay »

« There is nothing good to say about this property. There were prostitutes in the parking lot; loud noises throughout hall; there were cobwebs in the corners of the room; the sheets were stained and the mattress was horrible; and there were police showing up at 5 am with sirens & lights shining in my room. They were there for the room above me. Absolutely no rest all night. »
