When hunger calls, the fully equipped kitchen displays all new Viking appliances, a hydro water filter system, and ample meal prep space. Pleasantly decorated and equally spacious, the bedrooms present restful sleeping quarters. Off the primary bedroom, enjoy having private balcony access, and an attached bathroom with a large vanity and walk-in shower. Extra features you'll love about the home include central air-conditioning, a private washer/dryer, and a Pack-N-Play for the littles. Things To Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. This home is within a gated community that requires a $50 access fee, payable to the HOA at check-in. The fee is valid for stays up to seven days and is subject to change without notice. The home features a backup generator to ensure you will have power in the event of an electrical outage. The gas fireplace is not available for guest use. Max occupancy (6) and max vehicles (2) are strongly enforced. Garage parking only, please do not park on driveway. Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles. Security camera details: There is 3 different cameras. One is located in the garage, front doorway, and back deck facing out. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). It was very clean… I am very particular about home cleanliness and I couldn’t find any flaws. It had all the amenities a family would need. Vacasa answered all of our questions with a rapid response time. We also appreciated Heather …on site property manager… helping us with minor issues during our stay. One of the coolest looking houses at Pine Mt. Lake. Looks like it's from the future! After ascending the driveway we were welcomed to a spotless clean, non cluttered garage with plenty of room for us to unload. Once in the house, THE KITCHEN! wow! the appliances are NICE! I felt like I would imagine a rich person would feel! Absolutely beautiful! The lounge area around the TV couldn't have more comfy either. Then upstairs they have a little library with kids puzzles and games that was PERFECT for the kids. There were some unique chairs there too that I wasted some time searching for online because I had never seen them before. WOW they are NICE! I made sure to spend a bunch of time up there because I'm not sure when I will ever get to sit in that expensive of a chair again. Very Cool. Bathrooms were clean and very nice and had everything we needed. All the beds were super nice and comfy too. It was SUPER quiet there too. We went on a 1.5 long walk around the neighborhood and not 1 single car even drove by. We only saw 2 people quietly gardening in their yard. If you like quiet, this is the place. Everything we needed and wanted. My only concern was the entry/key. When we arrived the code did not work. The owner saw us trying to get in on the camera and so he remote opened the door which was super nice. I reached back out to Vacasa who gave me a new code which also didn’t work.
