The kitchen is fully stocked with towels, utensils, place settings, coffee makers, toaster, microwave, and much more! Laundry facilities house necessary laundering items as well as extra cleaning supplies.

Interaction with guests: This home is managed by a PMI East Lyme, a property management company with a dedicated Short Term Rental Property Manager Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm as well as remote team members and maintenance line happy to assist at any time. Getting Around: Parking in the driveway can accommodate 3-4 cars depending on size. An additional parking space is available in front of the carriage house (with caution, stray golf balls do end up in yard) Lot across from home is intended for golf course visitors only. Safe, walkable area to golf course, beaches, marinas and more. Quick drive to access Rt. 1 and I-95, Groton-New London airport, lots of restaurants, grocery stores, etc.
