The Space: The Space Expertly designed, this home offers a thoughtfully curated gathering space, highlighted by the open concept of the main level. The kitchen, dining room, and living room blend seamlessly to accommodate all your guests. The fully equipped kitchen is a chef's dream, featuring custom cabinetry, granite countertops, an intricate backsplash, double Viking refrigerators, wall ovens, and both high and low counter seating. Adjacent to this incredible kitchen is a formal dining area with seating for 10 and a delightful living area with ample seating in front of a 65-inch TV. Conveniently located next to this wonderful space are a closeted washer and dryer with provided supplies, as well as a half bath. Step through the double doors or multiple side entries and into an outdoor oasis.
