There is also a separate room with a double bed (180 cm, length 200 cm) and cable TV (flat screen).

The apartment comes with a well-equipped kitchen that includes an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, and an electric coffee machine. It also has a dining table and cable TV (flat screen). The bathroom has a bath/WC combination. Other amenities include gas heating, terrace furniture, a sitting area, a sauna, a hair dryer, and free WiFi internet access. A reserved parking spot for one car is also provided.
