This vacation rental property offers three apartments within a residence located in the district of Waltersdorf, just 3.3 km from the center of Großschönau and 12 km from the center of Zittau. Enjoy the convenience of having amenities like a yard, internet WiFi, parking, and an installment plan available.

Explore the great outdoors right from your doorstep with walking paths starting just 50 meters away. Outdoor enthusiasts will appreciate the proximity to a ski lift, ski school, and cross-country ski track, all within 1.8 km. Children can have fun at the playground located a mere 50 meters from the property. For a refreshing dip, an outdoor swimming pool is 4 km away, while the beautiful Olbersdorfer See bathing lake is 13 km from the residence.

The apartment features beautiful and tasteful furnishings, including a living/sleeping room with a double bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), a dining table, and satellite TV with a flat-screen television. The kitchenette is equipped with an oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, and an electric coffee machine. The unit also has a shower/WC, heating, and a beautiful view of the town. One reserved parking spot for a car is available at the house. It's important to note that this is a non-smoking accommodation, and it has a smoke alarm installed.
