Situated in beautiful Braccagni, this air-conditioned holiday home is located within a resort with a wellness centre, swimming pool, outdoor Jacuzzi and large garden. Visit the Tuscan coast (15 km) where you will find beautiful resorts such as Castiglione della Pescaia (15 km) and Marina di Grosseto (25 km). The countryside is also wonderful to explore with magnificent nature and attractions such as the medieval town of Massa Marittima (35 km). Not only that, you also have golf (100 m), tennis (10 km) and the sea (15 km) nearby. Buy groceries from the supermarket 1 km away. At guests' disposal restaurant to savour the flavours of the typical Tuscan cuisine to be enjoyed outdoors in the garden - during the summer - or in the veranda or in the Sala delle Feste, wellness centre (hydro-massage mini-basin, hammam, emotional shower, sauna and massage area), golf training course, bicycles and e-bikes, numerous jogging and trekking routes, electric car charging stations, orthopaedic beds and hypoallergenic pillows, outdoor games, including table tennis, table football and billiards.
