Tastefully decorated, cozy house with 3 bedrooms (sleeps 6) and 2 bathrooms in a quiet cul de sac location. Building year 12\. 2009, 82 m². With 15 meters long jetty, located at the beginning of a side arm of the Timmeler sea and overlooking the Timmeler sea! End of 2013 as a holiday home and fully furnished, with sea views in southern exposure, we offer a wellness oasis in which you leave your everyday life behind! In the open kitchen there is a dining counter, for 6 persons, as well as a dining table for 4 persons. A cozy sitting area with flat TV / DVD player and music system in the living area. Through 3 patio doors you have unobstructed views of the landscape conservation area opposite. A beautiful bedroom with comfort beds (extra high) and ceiling fan can be found in the basement, as well as bathroom with shower and a utility room with washing machine, vacuum cleaner. Upstairs there is a smaller bathroom with shower and two bedrooms. A large bedroom with double beds in the length of 2.20 meters (here, the slightly taller people sleep comfortably), ceiling fan and flat TV, another bedroom with two single beds in a generous 1.40 meters wide. A new garden sauna with 6 seats or 3 berths, right next to the covered terrace (sauna overlooking the canal in the landscape conservation area, 2 sauna towels available) is available at a rent of 9 € / 3.5 hours. Auch mit dem Angeln hat gut geklappt.2 Aale von ca.60 cm ist doch nicht schlecht, oder.Ist aber Geduld gefragt, beide Aale so gegen 3-4 Uhr Nachts. Das tolle Boot haben wir nicht genutzt, aber 4-6 Personen könnten da schöne Ausflüge ins Timmeler Meer machen.Meine Frau sagte.: Das mit dem Ferienhaus können wir sehr gerne nochmal machen und das als absoluter Carolinensiel Fan will schon was heißen. ##### Wilhelm H. Zwei Erwachsene (einer davon Angler) und unser Hund :-) Es ist sehr schön zu sehen, wieviel Herzblut in das Haus gesteckt wurde. Sauberkeit und Einrichtung sprechen für sich (vor allem die Bäder). Das Haus ist quasi direkt am Meer und bei Bedarf gibt es auch ein Boot gestellt. Der Wintergarten ist richtig gut und die bereitgestellten Liegen sind sehr bequem. Der Wintergarten und der Steg bieten komplette Privatsphäre und sind von außen nicht einsehbar. Es ist sehr ruhig, was sehr angenehm ist. Außen gibt es eine sehr schöne Beleuchtung, die es bei späten Ausflügen mit dem Boot auch wieder leicht macht, ins Haus zu finden. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett, sympathisch und vor allem flexibel. Kleiner Hürden wurden schnell und sehr unkompliziert genommen. Danke dafür! Gerne wieder und eine klare Empfehlung! ##### Kim H. Liebe Frau van Vügt, Dankeschön für einen wirklich wunderbaren Kurzurlaub auch wenn uns das Wetter nicht gnädig war. Wir haben uns in "Annis Huus" sehr wohl gefühlt! Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm, die Ausstattung und Lage ist hervorragend. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein gelungener Kurzurlaub! ##### Ralf B.
