Rosy qui accueille et s’occupe de l'arrivĂ©e et du dĂ©part est toujours aussi adorable et gĂ©nĂ©reuse.Mais cette annĂ©e j’ai eu affaire Ă  la propriĂ©taire de la maison car le chemin qui y mène Ă©tait pour les 3/4 endommagĂ©, avec des dĂ©nivelĂ©s et des trous Ă©normes qui se sont accentuĂ©s avec le temps et la pluie. J’ai eu peur pour la sĂ©curitĂ© de mes enfants et prĂ©venu la propriĂ©taire Viviane. Mon pneu de voiture a mĂŞme Ă©clatĂ© sur cette route.Elle est venue avec son fils.Elle a Ă©tĂ© odieuse et totalement irrespectueuse. Elle m’a dit que l’an dernier j’étais venue avec mon mari et c’est lui qui conduisait.Cette annĂ©e Ă©tant venue seule avec mes 3 enfants j’étais dans un Ă©tat Ă©motionnel diffĂ©rent de l’an dernier et donc je m’angoissais.Tout cela devant les enfants qui Ă©taient tout comme moi choquĂ©s par ces propos.Qu'elle ne veuille pas me trouver une solution c’est une chose mais qu'elle tienne des propos aussi dĂ©placĂ©s et misogynes, c’est insultant et inacceptable.Elle a fini par mettre un sac de gravier totalement insuffisant pour combler les trous et encore plus dangereux car les pneus patinaient dessus. J’ai trouvĂ© une solution grâce au voisin,en me garant en bas de la route. La maison est typique crĂ©ole, au milieu d’un jardin incroyable (un petit jardin de Balata) avec une faune et une flore incroyables. Le jardin est superbe: plein de palmiers, de fleurs 🌺 avec une vue sur la mer Ă  180 degrĂ©s. Pas de vis Ă  vis. Super dĂ©paysant. Ă€ la tombĂ©e de la nuit des lucioles apparaissent: on se croyait dans le film Avatar. Nos enfants (7, 10 et 13 ans) ont Ă©tĂ© Ă©merveillĂ©s par ce lieu et ce spectacle de tous les jours. L’accueil par Rosy Ă  Ă©tĂ© très chaleureux. Adorable d’attentions. La maison est typique crĂ©ole: c’est ce qui nous a plu aussi. En vrai la propriete est encore mieux que sur les photos. Nous n’avons manquĂ© de rien. Nous recommandons vraiment. MĂŞme si c’est un peu en hauteur, petit chemin pour y accĂ©der mais ça en vaut tellement la peine. It is a superb place from which to explore the north and east of the island. In particular, you will see real Martinique here, not the touristy areas around the beaches in the south. Un jardin magnifique très Ă©tendu avec vue superbe sur la baie de fort de France d’un cĂ´tĂ© et Le Havre du Robert vers l’est. L’altitude et les alizĂ©s rafraĂ®chissent bien l’atmosphère. Jolie maison crĂ©ole bien dĂ©corĂ©e et entretenue cuisine bien Ă©quipĂ©e. Le chemin est peut-ĂŞtre un peu cahoteux mais c’est un gage d’authenticitĂ© et d’isolement...super mais trop court sĂ©jour. ##### yannick b. Un plombier, un serrurier, un antenniste sont venus pendant notre sĂ©jour. Il n'y a pas de prise Ă©lectrique qui fonctionne dans les salles d'eau. Mar 14, 2013 #### quietude au soleil Nous avons apprĂ©ciĂ© cette maison typique crĂ©ole. très grande avec une dĂ©coration de bon gout,il y a beaucoup d'espace et un immense jardin magnifique. la vue sur la presqu’île de la caravelle est superbe. la maison Ă©tant dans les hauteurs la tempĂ©rature en soirĂ©e est très agrĂ©able; la maison est a environ 4 kms du bourg de gros morne (ville qui ne mĂ©rite pas le dĂ©tour) . seul bĂ©mol: il y a bout de chemin dĂ©foncĂ© sur 500 m avant la maison. ça passe mais c'est dĂ©licat !. ##### Vincent G.
