There was a booking ussue upon arrival, however Sangeeta was able to resolve it very professionally and quickly, even adding an extra free day as compensation. Exceptional customer service. « Pros: Clean room. Spacious than I expected.The staff were polite. One assistant helped bring my luggage up to my room. The hotel is in a terrific location. Very near to Ragigudda metro station. Also near to several good restaurents.The laundry service was great & affordable. Cons- 2 of the days I couldnt get hot water in the shower after noon. Hot water seems to be available in the morning. And my room had a bathroom with no exhaust fan. It was fine as i was alone. »
