Résidence Sans Souci is a beautiful three-story apartment house offering an excellent location right in the center of Grindelwald, Switzerland, yet situated in a quiet cul-de-sac with a sunny, south-facing position. The property boasts amenities such as Internet Wi-Fi, parking, and a tennis court, ensuring a comfortable and convenient vacation rental experience.

Immerse yourself in the great outdoors by exploring the surrounding natural beauty. Within a short distance, you'll find a gondola lift (500m), ski rental, ski bus stop (100m), cross-country ski track (2km), and a children's playground (100m), offering ample opportunities for winter sports and family-friendly activities.  
  
Other Information  
For your convenience, the property features a lift, storage room for skis, and a central heating system. During winter, it is advisable to carry snow chains. Additionally, a communal covered parking area is available on-site. The keys will be handed over by the Interhome agency in Grindelwald, and residents are expected to maintain quietness and good behavior, as the neighborhood is highly sensitive to noise.

Unit Layout  
You will be staying in a spacious 3-room apartment spanning 108 square meters, located on the 1st floor with a south-facing position. The living/dining area is bathed in natural light and features modern, beautiful furnishings, a cable TV, and a flat-screen television. From here, you can step out onto the balcony, which offers both south-facing and west-facing views. The sleeping quarters consist of one room with a 90cm wide bed (length 200cm), another room with a 160cm wide French bed (length 200cm), and a third room also with a 160cm wide French bed (length 200cm). The second bedroom also provides access to the west-facing balcony.  
  
Amenities Included  
The apartment is well-equipped with a range of amenities to ensure a comfortable and convenient vacation. The open kitchen boasts an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a microwave, an electric coffee machine, a raclette grill, and a fondue set (cheese). There are two bathrooms, one with a bath/WC and the other with a shower/WC. The property features underfloor heating and a combination of parquet and natural stone flooring. You can enjoy your meals on the balcony, thanks to the provided balcony furniture, while taking in the breathtaking views of the mountains and the iconic Eiger. Additional facilities include a washing machine, dryer, iron, and complimentary WiFi internet access. A reserved parking space in the garage (space no. 12, height 198cm) is also available for your convenience.

This non-smoking property offers a truly remarkable vacation experience, with its marvellous mountain and Eiger views. For your safety, a fire extinguisher is readily available on the premises. Please note that the property strictly adheres to a no-smoking policy.
