Unit Layout  
You will be staying in a 3-room apartment with a total area of 100 square meters spread across two levels. The apartment is located on the ground floor and has a south-facing position. Some areas of the apartment have sloping ceilings, but it has been fully renovated in 2023 with cozy and wooden furniture furnishings. The living/dining room has a ceiling height of 200 cm and is equipped with international TV channels. There is an exit from the living/dining room leading to a patio. The apartment also features an open kitchen with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine, extra Nespresso capsules, a raclette grill, and a fondue set for cheese.  
  
Amenities Included  
The apartment is well-equipped with amenities to ensure a comfortable vacation stay. It has a washing machine, dryer, and hair dryer for your convenience. You will also have access to free WiFi internet throughout the apartment. Additionally, there is a reserved parking spot available at the house for your convenience.  
  
Other Information  
The apartment features a shower/WC on the ground floor. On the upper floor, which has sloping ceilings with a low door height of 190 cm and ceiling heights ranging from 60 to 200 cm, there are two rooms, each with a bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length. From the upper floor, you can enjoy a marvelous view of the mountains and the countryside. Please note that this is a non-smoking property, and it has a private entrance and a fire extinguisher for safety purposes.
