"This hotel is slightly odd in the layout in that two rooms share one bathroom, but only if the hotel is busy or if you book 2 rooms. Otherwise, for the money this is a great hotel. It's comfortable, clean, has balconies
which look over a central courtyard, has breakfast included in the price and has a lidl just 5minutes walk away if you fancy something extra to eat. "

5/5 Excellent
"Hotel and facilities were great, I loved to poll and the excellent service.
I Found only 2 issues, the curtains in the room did not block the sunlight so it was hard to sleep past 6:00am and the shower was a bit small and had some issues with warm and cold water."

"Surprising good hotel, considering the modest price and huge scale. It's not as charming as the old Victorian-style guesthouses in Binz, but it's right on the beach, and rooms are surprisingly spacious and everything is squeeky clean. We even had a small balcony, looking on to the forest. Dogs are allowed for an extra €10. Mini tea kitchen and plenty of space for clothes. Nice touches for a beach resort, such as a hoover (for all that sand) and a clothes dryer (for wet swimwear). Not bad at all.
But don't expect personal service - this is a HUGE place. And it's on the outskirts of Binz, about 15 minutes walk from the centre/pier. No breakfast provided - but plenty of other places, along the beach promenade. "

"The location is nice, close to the beach. There is a band playing at the ground floor sometimes in the evening till 10 pm. The breakfast and dinner buffet was good. The pool is smaller than thought.,but very nice, usually full of kids playing there.
The bed is very disappointing, very uncomfortable : there were two single mattresses on a double bed. The bedsheet was not changed during our stay at all as there was a chocolate stain on it. "
