The Heregger Hütte is a comfortable rustic chalet located in a quiet, sunny position above Greifenburg, Austria. This two-story vacation rental offers a yard, internet WiFi, and parking amenities. Renovated in 2024, it provides a private 1,000 square meter property with a lawn for sunbathing, a patio, garden furniture, and a barbecue area.

Situated in the countryside, the Heregger Hütte boasts a serene outdoor environment. The property features a spacious lawn perfect for sunbathing, a patio with garden furniture, and a barbecue area for alfresco dining. Hiking enthusiasts can explore the nearby Gnoppnitztal trails, just 50 meters away.

The chalet is equipped with modern amenities, including WiFi, a sauna (included in the rental), storage rooms for bicycles and skis, a central heating system, and a washing machine. Access to the property is via a 5 km long bumpy mountain road, making a 4x4 vehicle recommended during winter. Parking is available on-site, with a single garage.

The Heregger Hütte is a 5-room chalet that spans 150 square meters across two levels. It can comfortably accommodate up to 6 adults and 4 children. The bright and cozy interior features a renovated, wooden-style furnishing, completed in 2024\. On the main level, there is a small living/dining room with a double sofa bed, a dining nook, and a tiled stove. There are two double bedrooms and one small children's room with two sets of bunk beds, each accommodating two individuals. The kitchen/living room is equipped with four hot plates, a mini-oven, a dishwasher, a kettle, a freezer, an electric coffee machine, a Scandinavian wood stove, a dining nook, and a satellite TV with international channels (flat screen). It also provides access to the balcony. Additionally, there is a separate WC on this level. The lower ground floor features two showers, a double hand-basin, and a sauna.

The Heregger Hütte offers a range of amenities to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable vacation. It features underfloor heating and electric heating throughout, as well as wooden floors for a cozy ambiance. Outside, there is a balcony and a large 100 square meter terrace, complete with terrace furniture, balcony furniture, and a portable barbecue. The property boasts a stunning panoramic view of the mountains. Guests have access to a washing machine, a sauna, and complimentary logs. Free WiFi internet is available, and there is a garage on the property that can accommodate two cars. Please note that this is a non-smoking property.
