This beautifully designed retreat accommodates 4 guests, offering a King bed in each bedroom for a restful stay. Unwind in style with a shared community fire pit, perfect for cozy evenings. Experience the charm of local attractions, dining, & shopping while enjoying a comfortable and stylish home away from home. Book now for an unforgettable stay in this idyllic haven.  
  
Discover Beverly North, a modern and warm 2BR/2BA upstairs condo in Greer, offering the ultimate blend of comfort and style. Please note that guests must be able to climb stairs. Enjoy 2 designated parking spaces and step into the open concept living area, featuring a fully stocked kitchen with all the essentials for your culinary creations. Dine at the spacious table with seating for 6, or relax in the inviting living room, furnished with a couch, armchairs, and a smart TV for streaming (no cable).  
  
Retire to the master suite, complete with a King bed, 2 nightstands, reading lamps, a closet, and an en suite bathroom with double vanities. Catch up on your favorite shows on the smart TV (no cable). The second bedroom also offers a King bed, nightstands, reading lamps, and a closet, perfect for unwinding after a long day. A full bathroom is conveniently situated off the living area.

Please note that the fire pit is a shared space with the other 3 units.  
Smoking is permitted outside, provided all exterior doors are closed and buds are disposed of safely (i.e., not in a trash bag/paper cup/or other flammable container). Smoking indoors or leaving buds in the yard is prohibited and will incur a $250 fine. No tampering with wifi router, security camera, or smart lock.
