Thank you for choosing to stay with us at The Hampton Inn Greenwood. Please accept my sincerest apologies for the Wi-Fi disconnecting due to the storm that came through. We are not known for having this issue and understand how frustrating it was for our guest's. I didn't notice a Hilton Honors Membership on your reservation. Would you happen to be a member?

We stayed for 4 days. They told us they do not clean the room every day, they clean it every other day and the entire time we were there they never cleaned our room and twice I had to ask the front desk for clean linens. Did not look like there was much security at the front desk, anyone could’ve walked in at any time. And the so-called breakfast not a variety.

It is correct that we do stayover service every other day, starting on the third day of your stay, but I am saddened to hear that you did not receive service. I will be happy to look into how this mishap happened, and make sure it doesn't happen again. In the evening hours and throughout the night, we have our front desk staff available for the hotel. Regarding the breakfast, I would be happy to hear more about your dissatisfaction with the offerings at your convenience. We thank you for choosing to stay with us and hope to see you again in the future.

We were there for 2 nights. The tv did not work correctly, we learned there was no room cleaning the 2nd day we were there so came back to unmade bed and all of the dirty towels in the bathroom. Had to call for clean towels. Fire alarm went off at 5am so that was not pleasant which was a false alarm. We never have had an issue like this with other hotels.

Please accept my sincerest apologies for the tv not working properly and the lack of cleaning service for your room. I have made our maintenance department aware of the issue so as to have it fixed quickly. Each guest room is cleaned for stay over service every other day, starting on the third day, although we are happy to do daily cleaning upon request! As upon check in, the front desk usually states this, I get the impression you weren't made aware. For this I deeply apologize. I will agree with you in the fact that the fire alarm going off is not an everyday occurrence for us. I want to thank you for making me aware and also for choosing to stay with us. We hope to see you again!

While the facilities looked fine at first, within 10 minutes of our stay, we found two live roaches in our room. Hotel staff was accommodating / issues a refund for our stay (we went to another hotel in the area), though. The lobby area looked fine but had a slight smell and the individual rooms definitely needed upgrades. Our carpet had stains, the shower had shower mat stains that looked permanent, and the bathroom floors were a bit sticky. While these issues were noticeable, we were fine until we spotted two very large roaches in the room. Overall, the hotel would benefit from a few upgrades and pest control. However, props to the staff for being kind/understanding during it.

Overnight stay for business. Very close to Lander University! Check-in gentlemen was extremely nice and welcoming! I was impressed right away. Room was clean. Grabbed quick breakfast from downstairs before we left and was good. They even provided us “on the road snacks” when we checked out. Recommend this for anyone! Only downside is our room was close to the road, and could hear traffic going by.

I think the hotel rate is high for the area. There was an issue at check-out but we didn't realize until we had left. The manager was able to correct. The bed was uncomfortable and breakfast was ok. Sits on the main road and could hear road noise.

I got double charged and when I called to get work out getting my money back the front desk clerk argued with me until I offered to send back statements to his boss. I reserved a king suite which was dirty when I arrived. It also did not have sheets, pillows, or blankets for the pull out bed. The next day the kitchen ran out of breakfast. This was not a good stay and Hilton has not honored the satisfaction guarantee that they advertise.

Never Again
They were housing homeless people, some got into a fight, the police were called, the place was worn out and the bathroom wasn’t clean. I couldn’t wait to leave.
