Guests have access to the second floor thermostat. It can be set down to 72 degrees. We are sorry if you feel this is not cool enough.

Thank you for taking such good care of our house during your stay. I would like to address some of the issues you brought up. You mentioned cob webs around the deck and cleaning the baseboards. We have all baseboards cleaned monthly and we spray for spiders and clean cob webs every week. You mentioned there was only one frying pan. We have 5 frying pans distributed throughout both of our kitchens. One of our renters must have taken or thrown away some of the hot pad holders because we were down to only 2 but have since replenished the supply. The outside security lights are for the guests convenience and security. If they bothered you, all you had to do is turn off the switch on the wall next to the fireplace. The conditions you described are available at a rental on the south side of the lake in a less desirable area costing $450.00 per night, not $250. I would suggest you stay there during your next visit and compare amenities. You would have a much better appreciation of what we offer for the price.

We have a four bedroom house with three bathrooms. We have a maximum capacity of 8 occupants. Each bedroom has two bath towels and two wash cloths. Families should not book our property if they have more than 8 occupants. It was obvious that this guest had more than 8 in their party.
