Excellent hotel to stay with family near Georgia Tech

This is my 4th time staying but a horrible experience. I paid for a king size, got queens. Missing bed skirt. Was told at 5pm house keeping gone for the day. Not allowed a room change as there was a family reunion and all rooms booked and mix up so my room not available. No body wash in the bathroom. Long strands of hair in the tub. I always book shower as I have fallen in tub and was left with only a tub. Went to speak with the disgruntled front desk with my additional concerns as I had asked her for a room change earlier…… she was on her cell phone, saw me waiting to speak with her …… the. She just walked off and disregarding me standing there. I was so upset ….. I just took a walk to Target before I exploded. I am calm….. she just needed some customer service as my question this time was different and I could not call as I told her earlier, the phones in the room were not working . Room 211 - no phone. Upon return I spoke with another rep who said tomorrow she would do her best to relocate me. My partner arrived after me, and we decided to just enjoy the weekend.
