With private access to Moosehead Lake, you will be able to spend the day dangling your toes in the water from your private dock as you look out over the lake. With vaulted ceilings and a wood-burning fireplace, this home boasts a cozy ambiance that everyone will look forward to returning to year after year. After a day on the water or hiking along the trails nearby, whip up some comfort food in the fully equipped kitchen and visit with loved ones as the sun goes down. Everyone will love cuddling up on the couch for a movie or telling stories around the firepit as the stars come out. Spend the day fishing at the lake, sunbathing on the boat, or exploring the area on a hiking trail! Big Squaw Ski Resort is just five miles away for all the snow play you can squeeze into one day, so bring the skis and snowboard along in winter months. Tee off at Squaw Mountain golf course and perfect your swing on warmer days of the year or head into Greenville for a plethora of shops and restaurants to choose from. Things to Know Wood-burning fireplace (firewood not included). Private washer/dryer. Dog-friendly. Train tracks in close proximity to the home. During the winter, there is no direct access to the lake for snowmobiles. The use of snowmobiles on the property is prohibited. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Dock details: The dock is currently not suitable to secure boats larger than 15' long for extended periods of time. Temporary dockage is fine, but the current leg dock is not designed to withstand foul weather. The dock is available to use from the last weekend of May through the second weekend of September. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
