The Big Moose Mountain Trailhead is five miles away approximately while Big Squaw Mountain Ski Area is six and a half miles. The home's large deck is ideal for barbecuing - show off your skills using the propane BBQ and surprise your family and friends with delicious grilled treats. This is a fantastic spot to admire the spectacular views of Moosehead Lake and the mountains. Inside, this charming abode has an open-concept living area with cathedral ceilings and exposed wood beams. The hairdryer was missing when we arrived, but the rental company delivered one the next morning. Other than these points, this is great home for a visit to the Moosehead Lake region. The fully equipped kitchen would be handy if you stay more than a few days, as there are not many restaurants to choose from. ##### Hilary H.
