Everything was where I expected it to be, and there were no surprises. House was well stocked but could use a good general cleaning that should be done every now and then. Lots of dust on floors and kitchen cabinets and appliances need a good cleaning. I’m sure it’s hard to keep up on these bigger cleaning jobs but necessary when renting out. Outside noise was better when we moved to back bedroom. It was nice sitting in shade outback. Deck furniture could be updated. Very old and one chair wicked bent. Beds okay but slightly hard if you like a soft mattress. We had a great time in Greenville. Beautiful city. The house is very easy walking distance to Fluor Field, downtown restaurants/pubs and trails. We loved having a large, fenced backyard for ourselves and our dog. The property is very clean and has clearly been recently renovated - the kitchen feels especially spacious, especially for a 1000 sq ft house. Some other guests have commented about city sounds, and it is a busy corner, but I think if you want to be this close to downtown you have to expect that. We travel with a white noise machine and that helped at night. We didn't need to contact the host often but Johnnie was very responsive when we did. The weather was unseasonably warm, so walks downtown were a big hit. However, along with being by the city, you also get a big helping of city noises. The hospital is located about a half mile down the road so sirens were flying by at all hours of the day and night. No problem during the day, but a little annoying during the middle of the night. The home is located at the intersection of two pretty busy streets, so there is a lot of street noise all day long. For the hard of hearing it would be fine. Unfortunately, my husband has great hearing and found the outdoor noise too present indoors. Other than that, it fit our needs perfectly. ##### Lesa R.
