The neighborhood is a bit run down but the complex itself was nice and well taken care of. We really enjoyed our stay and we all agreed the mattresses were very comfortable. The owner representative was very responsive and helpful. The negative comments we have are the pictures for the rental is not what we stayed in. There was no loft. It was ok we didn't care but want to comment on. Also the kitchen is not well equipped with pans, utensils etc. Lastly we did not know that a portion of the parking lot is gated and we were parking there which was closest to our place. As the retail and restaurant district continues to get developed in the area it's only going to add to the experience. My only complaint is we were unable to get the TV to work. It may have been a service provider issue and no fault of the owner. But regardless, with two toddlers; it still made the weekend a little more challenging.
