Very comfortable and clean. Modern and every amenity has been thoughtfully provided. I do recommend this apartment. My only issue was this: 1\. The heat/ac system (or something like it) runs very loudly and often. And it’s right in the bedroom I slept in. If you are a light sleeper it may be an issue. For me it was just annoying. 2\. I was there during a cold snap and the heat worked, but I still felt cold. For a weekend visit it was very enjoyable. I’ll gladly stay here again though!!! The location is right downtown in the middle of everything. Parking in garage on weekends is free DURING THE DAY. You will have to pay 10 to park in the garage overnight. Garage is very close, 1/2 a block. I enjoyed staying here! ##### Charlene C. The king size bed was so comfortable and the most comfortable bed we have ever stayed in at a vrbo. Even more comfortable than our own bed at home! Our 11-year-old son stayed in the second bedroom and it was very convenient that there was a desk where he could work on his schoolwork on his laptop. This vacation home had everything we could possibly need. I especially loved the extra charging ports for all of our devices. The location was great in downtown Greenville and we enjoyed being able to walk to the nearby restaurants. Because of the nature of our trip, our two older teens stayed at home with our mini schnauzer. We would love to stay here again, except it is not pet friendly.
