We called Vacasa and were told the house was losing power but they left flashlights . Roads were blocked due to trees down and streams flooded but we were supposed to drive 120 plus miles to check in. They refused to allow cancellation and denied even a partial refund. We obviously did not try to go. This will be our last encounter with Vacsa who were thankful for an act of God. ##### mike w. The double beds were hard as a rock, I had back and neck pain by the time we got home Wednesday I was having spasms in both neck and back. The satellite tv does not work. The bonfire was nice but the deck needs to be sanded down and the mold growing on the spindles needs to be taken care of. One bathroom, cabin is noisy ( lacks privacy), appliances are very dated (made it hard to cook), The grill was not clean ( we couldn't use it), and terrible customer service from VRBO/ Vacsa.
