This home is great for mulit-family or traveling with older family as the house has a split layout. One side of the home has a private "mother-in-law suite" that has a kitchenette and it's own private bathroom while the other side of the house has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. There is large deck in the backyard with a big table and patio set to enjoy our beautiful weather. Our home is warm and inviting and will make you want to kick your feet up after being out and exploring the area. Tired of eating out? Our beautiful kitchen has everything you could need to make a basic meal. Looking to get fresh air? Take your coffee or meal out to the backyard and enjoy sitting around our patio set or large table that seats 6\. Each bedroom is a good size with closets to hang any belongings you may have. Bathrooms are bright and new. Parking is ample and can easily fit 4 to 5 cars in the driveway. There is also street parking. Home is easily reachable from the highway. While this home is close to everything, a car would be best to have to get around town. Neighborhood is conveniently located off Augusta Rd minutes from I-85 and less than 10 minutes to downtown Greenville. The neighborhood has many cutely renovated homes sprinkled throughout. It is highly recommended that you come with your own car. We have plenty of onsite parking directly in front of the home. We welcome pets in all of our units with a required nonrefundable pet deposit. The fee varies based on your pet's size, breed, age, length of stay, and how often your pet will be left alone. Please contact us with these details before booking so we can confirm the pet fee and ensure your pet is approved. The electricity amperage in the house is insufficient. The kitchen lights would pulse/strobe slightly when any appliance (toaster, microwave) was in use. The hot water heater was broken. For 2 days of our 5 day trip, we had hot water only if we went outside and re-set the heater between each shower. there were 6 of us (ages 11-75) staying in the house. the last 2 nights/mornings we had no hot water at all. The hosts were responsive. They tried (but failed) to fix it. for one of the days we were without hot water they gave us access to another property a 15 minute drive away to shower. helpful, but inconvenient. That property was smaller, had only one shower, and small hot water tank. With 21 hours left in my rental, the host gave me the option to check out early to get a 1 night refund, but at that point where were we supposed to go? i can't find another vrbo for 6 people that is instantly available for one night. Given our family structure a hotel was not really feasible. And, with only 21 hours left in my trip, i was busy doing the things we came to town to do. I did not have time to find another place to stay and to pack up and move. The hosts gave a very very small amount of money back on the rental. The refund was not sufficient for our troubles. Other hosts have given me greater unsolicited refunds for less significant issues that were completely resolved within 3 hours. In this case, we lacked hot water for 40 hours. ##### Rebecca K.
