The only thing we had a "problem" with was the mattress. It felt old, but we were able to get a good night's sleep anyway. We are also sorry to hear about the sale of the hotel--it's been a favorite of ours for years. We LOVED staying at the Biltmore Greensboro! The history and the vintage charm beats any chain hotel. You HAVE to talk with the staff to learn about the history in order to fully appreciate your visit. The staff were accommodating they did move us to a different room with a queen bed but the rug was dirty the bed headboard had mold and the ceiling fan was full of dust. Will not be staying there in the future. Oh and the breakfast was disappointing the coffee was undrinkable had to go out for breakfast.
