No outside speakers Please do not trespass onto our neighbors properties. Park only in the parking spaces at the front of the home. No more than 4 cars allowed. NO parking outside of parking spaces. No fireworks on the property No events, parties, gatherings of more than 10 guests total at ANYTIME on property. NO smoking of anything inside the house. We do monitor our house with our outside ring cameras. Guests are required to sign an off-platform rental agreement, which includes a copy of the county ordinance. You must be able to present the signed agreement and ordinance to any county officer upon request. You will be asked to leave with no refund if our house rules are not kept. This property was nestled in a quiet community that had a super location. It was within 8 minutes to golf courses, boat rentals, restaurants, Publix, and the Reynolds Plantation. We rented a pontoon boat and the boat dock was only steps away! It had scenic views, was beautifully decorated, was very spacious, and fully stocked with all amenities to make a vacation smooth! The pictures were very accurate to the actual home. A bonus was that each adult bedroom had a king size bed with it's own bathroom. Some of our favorite family moments were relaxing on the screened in porch and watching the golfers pass through. Highly recommend this property and plan to return! ##### Neal C.
