Located between Oscoda and Harrisville, Sunnyside Cottages provides easy access to Michigan’s most scenic attractions. Launch a boat at nearby harbors, hike in Harrisville State Park, or enjoy the shops and dining in Tawas. With Lake Huron’s crystal-clear waters as your backdrop, this neighborhood is perfect for those seeking adventure, relaxation, or a bit of both.  
  
Getting Around:  
Greenbush, MI, offers a tranquil lakeside experience but limited public transportation options. Most visitors will need a car to explore the area and nearby towns like Oscoda and Harrisville. The area is accessible via US-23, a major highway running along the Lake Huron coastline. While rideshare services like Uber and Lyft may not be readily available, local taxi services can provide some assistance. Ample parking is available at Sunnyside Cottages, making it convenient for guests to navigate by car.  
  
Other Things to Note:  
• You will receive your Enso "Boarding Pass" with guest access details after completing verification, which includes:  
\-Signing the rental agreement  
\-ID and selfie uploads  
• A non-refundable damage waiver is included in your total cost, covering more than minor wear and tear. Stays over 30 nights require a refundable security deposit if no damages occur (except Airbnb bookings).  
• Discounts applied automatically:  
\-10% off for stays 30+ nights  
• Extensions: Contact us for special offers.  
• Starter Kit: Includes coffee, dishwasher pods, trash bags, paper towels, and toilet paper. Guests are responsible for additional supplies.
