Conveniently, there’s a second, spacious full bath downstairs featuring a walk-in shower for those sleeping downstairs. Finally there's a half bath in the finished garage for convenience of guests enjoying the outdoor space.

The open-concept, eat-in kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances, utensils and cookware you need to feel at home. We've included special touches like a Keurig coffee machine and tea kettle for hot drinks to start your day or warm up on a cold one!

Just off the kitchen, you'll find an open stairway which leads to the basement lounge for the ideal setting to watch a game or movie or enjoy the foosball and air hockey tables (not yet pictured, but updated photos coming soon)! The fourth bedroom and 2nd full bath are downstairs so the fun can continue on until you're ready to wind down to rest. The recessed lights offer ample lighting to make the space feel bright and cheerful.

The exterior area of this home boasts one of the largest driveways in Green Bay when it is completed. It will span the width of the garage and side patio combined! And let's talk about cookout envy… the patio features a natural gas firepit and BBQ grill. Open the garage doors (that's right, I said door"S"!) for the ideal indoor/outdoor tailgate - the garage features two 65" smart TVs. Cornhole, multiple gaming tables and games, PutterBall, natural gas grill and firepit on the adjacent patio. So much to love here!

Great house. Walking distance to the stadium. There were TVs in every room and a wonderful garage space with games. We LOVED this house. I highly recommend it to anyone traveling to Green Bay. 5/5 - The host was very helpful and available. We definitely will be staying again.
