If the property is uninhabitable due to such events, you can reschedule your visit for a future date within one year of the reservation. ➤ Change of Dates Policy : There is no guarantee of approval for changes to your reservation once confirmed. ➤ Repair & Service Calls : We cannot guarantee against mechanical or electrical failure of air conditioning, fans, lights, televisions, or other equipment. Should a repair person conclude that the equipment is in working order, or that the failure was due to the actions of the Guest, then the charge for the service call will be billed to the Guest and Guest agrees to pay the charge.
