Excellent hotel, super well located. All the facilities you need are there. Staff very friendly and the hotel manager did everything possible to find us a doctor in Agios Nikolaos! Great!

Tout confort, accueil parfait
Accueil très sympathique. L'hôtel est idéalement situé non loin du centre et au calme. Une plage est juste derrière. Un petit resto familial "Portes" dans la même rue que nous recommandons vivement. Les chambres sont propres et agréables. Notez que hotel.com indique un bain à remous dans les chambres standarts alors que ce n'était pas le cas pour la nôtre. Vérifiez auprès de l'hôtel avant votre arrivée si cela compte pour vous. Nous avons notamment apprécié le petit déjeuner au bord de la piscine.

It’s a shame that we have to pay an extra for a jacuzzi that doesn’t work properly (you can’t change the temperature...) And a cold jacuzzi in October is not very fun

I could have offered you an alternative had I known. With regards to the Jacuzzi, up until 17 October we had temperatures in the high 20's and early 30's and therefore the Jacuzzi's were still offered to our guests. Bon séjour dans un hôtel agréable en cœur de ville
Hôtel bien situé. Les chambres avec terrasse sont spacieuses (salle de douche un peu petite mais au bénéfice de la chambre). La piscine est agréable, le personnel est accueillant et respectueux des règles sanitaires. Le petit déjeuner n’est pas de grande qualité (basique mais cela passe). Un parking à 2 € la nuit est à proximité.

Thank you for your review and opinion. We really appreciate it. I have noted your comment about the electric plug sockets. We do have sockets next to the mirror in the bedroom that is used for both the kettle and the hairdryer as well as sockets each side of the bed. I am not sure how you did not see them. There is free street parking around the hotel or 2 free car parks 150 metres from the hotel. I am sorry it was not suitable for you and I hope that you did enjoy your stay despite these issues. L'hôtel est récent, aussi tout est en bon état pour l'instant. Je ne sais pas à quoi correspond la photo. Nous donnions sur une rue avec un immeuble en face. Il y aussi des chambres qui donnent sur la piscine qui est encadrée par des immeubles. Le bémol est qu'il y a un espace de co-working en demi-palier et un bar au rez-de-chaussée. Comme les espaces sont ouverts, tout bavardage intempestif se répercute dans les chambres aux étages.

Booked the hotel for the private jacuzzi on the balcony. Balcony was quite big with a clothes line to hang wet towels/bikinis. Jacuzzi itself was good. However, hotel is quite old. A lot of the things in the bathroom (faucet, shower, etc) were rusty and a lot of times there was a really smelly odor coming from the pipes. There’s no shower curtain so the bathroom gets really wet/flooded when someone showers. Overall, I would pick a different hotel next time.

Relaxing stay
We had a nice stay here in the hotel. The rooms while on the small side were clean & well maintained. The bathroom was a little small but functional. The staff are friendly & helpful. The hotel is ideally located with only a 3 min walk to the beach & 8 mins to the centre of town. All things considered it was great value for money.

Alles in allem war der Aufenthalt in Ordnung.Es war alles sauber und geräumig. Die Parkplatz Suche war jedoch sehr schwer und wir bekamen keine Hilfe vom Personal. Das Frühstück war sehr klein aber in Ordnung. Zur Stadt ist es ein kleiner Fußmarsch der aber nicht zu weit ist.

The location was good for walking everywhere and the place was safe, clean, very welcoming and friendly. The bed was really great, so we slept well! We loved the sea view and balcony too. The breakfast was lovely and well presented. Our first day we did not have hot water in the hotel as there was some problem, but that was fixed by the end of the day. We did wish that there would be some information in the room or given at the reception desk about parking (a map with free parking areas circled, for example). Less packaging for items like sugar, installing a reusable container for body wash, and asking if guests would be willing to use towels again to consider the environment would help with sustainability. I think that with a few easy adjustments, the hotel could attract more guests by emphasizing caring for the environment. It is such a beautiful place. Thank you very much for making our visit to Agios Nikolaos memorable and happy!

We have spent two weeks at this hotel. Our stay was pleasant, the room was big enough for two people, nice decor and relaxing colour scheme, although very small balcony furnished with two chairs. The toilet was modern and functional, towels were replaced daily and shower gel provided. In the room the AC worked perfectly which was a bonus.The room was cleaned every day however under the bed I found dust and fluff, this area needs urgent attention. Breakfast was self served on the ground floor every morning, a simple continental/Greek breakfast but keep us going until lunch. Overall a great experience. I’d like to thank to the nicest people working at the reception as Nikoleta , Alexandra and Monika these three ladies were so helpful and friendly.Hoping to see you next time

Disappointed for the cost
Very nice hotel and good location close to beach. Thought the balconies would face the sea but they did not. No water or coffee provided in the room ..... just a kettle! No parking at the hotel at all either.

Great little hotel, brilliant staff ,really clean.Breakfast good,typical buffet, cold meat,cheese,croissants, jam etc. Would go back in a heartbeat 💓.

Where to start? The hotel is situated in a quieter part of Agios Nikolaos, but only a 5 min walk away from the centre. Worked perfectly as it was quiet and lovely. The staff were so friendly ans recommended several places to eat and see. They truly went above and beyond to help however they could. The hotel is clean, modern and with a decent breakfast. Wouldn't hesitate to go back and have recommended it to family.
