We brought our 4 year old son to Greece and stayed here two nights. We absolutely loved the location. The staff and owner was incredibly nice and helpful with changes in any of our plans, making sure we were comfortable and helped us with our bags while we were enjoying a few more hours on the island after checkout. We absolutely will come back here and stay!! The view from the balcony was just stunning looking over the Caldera and could see the small isle of Therassa straight ahead with the beautiful sunset going down behind it without needing to go elsewhere! It was convenient for restaurants and activity without being overwhelmed with an excess of people which you can choose to do if you like in the next village of Fira just a 20 minute walk away. Our small pool was bigger than a plunge pool and private for us and the other two suites closeby. George was a most dutiful host ensuring all our needs were catered for and signposted us to places of interest and advice.Breakfast was brought to us freshly made when we were ready for it. It's about 15 minute walking distance to nearby towns Fira and Imerovigli centers. The hotel was clean, our room was spacious, as described on the website, and had all the basic amenities needed. There was a beautiful view of the sunset from the hotel terrace, and our balcony which we enjoyed very much. The highlight of our stay was the hotel owner, George. He was very accommodating and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Nothing can compare to the views from our suite. And the sunset! You can watch it from the spacious patio wine in hand. The patio is very spacious with a small plunge pool and ample seating options. The Suite is spacious and well laid out. Large bathrooms too! We had the two bedroom suite. The owner was so kind and he felt like an old friend by the time we left. The breakfast is so good - we have been back well over two months and i still miss the delicacies they served. Everything was above and beyond. It is far from the busy areas where bars and some nice restaurants are, taxi is needed.
