Excellent séjour de 2 nuits : navette pour les ferries très efficace (y compris en pleine nuit !), chambres très confortables, jolie vue depuis la terrasse privative, proximité immédiate de CHORA et des bus pour visiter l'île, petit déjeuner copieux et varié, accueil très sympathique en français par la responsable de l'hôtel

Un certain luxe à Folegandros
tres bel établissement à proximité immédiate du centre de Chora et de ses commerces ,restaurants et services. Accueil excellent, personnel aux petits soins, piscine surdimenssionee pour un établissement de cette taille, et parfaitement entretenue, petit déjeuner abondant et varié malgré les mesure sanitaires bien respectée. Une fort belle adresse.

Hôtel en mode économie.
Dans cet hôtel on vit a l’heure du virus. Personnel réduit au minimum et paranoïa intense concernant le COVID 19. Petit déjeuner compliqué avec vitrines plexiglass, masques et longues files d’attente. Nettoyage des chambres possibles avec insistence... Mais bel hôtel avec piscine près du centre Chora. Chambre et SDB un peu désuètes. Un bon 3 étoiles.

Tout était parfait à l'exception non négligeable , vu le nom de l'hôtel "SPA and RESORT" de l'absence de personnel qualifié c à d impossibilité d'avoir un massage en 4 jours. Certes le management a essayé de trouver un remplaçant, mission impossible étant donné l'isolement de l'île. Donc à déconseiller à ceux qui veulent absolument profiter d'un spa.

Wonderful facility and location. Very short walk to the busiest part of Chora while being quiet and intimate. Plentiful surrounding food options. People in town and resort were welcoming and knowledgeable. Car rental was next door.

The service of this hotel is very lacking. They will not work with you for anything - death of immediate family member; canceled ferry; etc. They are unwilling to even meet customers half way. Book the Chora Resort and be ready to lose money!

Dear Mr. Jason, good morning. Apparently you turn on the threat you made to us, we send you a copy: "I am a member of a travel agency consortia here in the US that has more than 7000 travel agent members. I will be adding your hotel to our 'Do Not Sell' listing. " We would simply like to remind you that, since according to our Payment & Cancelation policy, we could not make a refund but since it had one in the family of Mrs. Nau, we could send an "Open Voucher" which would equivocate at the amount of the value of the reservation, with expiry date at the end of the 2022 season. But some time later you told us that the customers had decided to come. Regarding the problem with the boat, we would have made the same offer to you if you had asked for it, but you absolutely wanted a refund, which was not possible. As a travel agency you should know the conditions and once you are offered a solution you should be more flexible instead of making threats. Best regards,

Lovely small hotel, very clean, great pool. Convenient location for Chora restaurants and bus stop. Breakfast isnt very good, stale bread and cereal. Staff are very friendly and professional.

This was a horrible stay. I booked a room that advertised several beds for 3-4 people. The room type is not suitable for more than 2, however. They have a couch with a thin cushion (not a mattress) that they consider a bed. I feel cheated by this false advertising. The management is also horrible. Regarding covid, it seems they really don’t care. They have a buffet style breakfast. The food options are very low grade but beyond that the whole set up is very unhygienic (especially during covid). There is no service - guests can just come and grab things as they please so you really can’t know how the food was handled (if someone put something back, for example, which I did see happen). Not even the coffee was okay. Very cheap machine. Unbearable taste. The accommodations are also very tight. There is nowhere to comfortably put your luggage other than the front entrance so you essentially have to walk around your stuff the whole time. The bathroom is the same. You have the squish in to move the door to close it and get into the shower. The products are very cheap. The bedding isn’t comfortable. The power at the hotel actually went out 2x while there. It didn’t last long but I noticed this did not happen to surrounding hotels. There was no functional WiFi. It really did not work. At best it was an inconsistent flickering one bar and impossible to browse the internet. Be careful -they also own other hotels. Don’t recommend. Island offers many better accommodation options.

Our stay was simply perfect. From the moment we arrived at the Port we were picked up by a private shuttle and brought to the resort. Thanos the concierge is one of the most genuine and kind people we have met throughout our 3.5 weeks in Greece. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the poolside breakfasts are plentiful and delicious. The pool is magnificent and quite arguably the cleanest I’ve ever seen. Thank you so much for such a wonderful stay on the hidden gem island of Folegandros.

relaxing stay
We had a very nice stay here! The staff is very accommodating and the breakfast is great! They allowed us to check in early and helped us plan out our quick stay. The pool is very relaxing. The room was as expected but they gave us robes and slippers which was very nice. We didn’t have time to use their spa services but next time we come I would love to!

Superb room for cleanliness and location. Staff very friendly especially Maria who seemed to do all the catering! The pool was beautiful and the surroundings very chic. Prices were also very competitive for on-site food and drink. The only criticism I have is for the breakfast. I have stayed in many 4/5 star hotels around the world and this was without doubt the worst breakfast I have EVER had! You had to set your own place, coffee was from a machine, the juices were very limited choice and synthetic, the fruit was tinned and again limited to two choices and as for the hot options the only thing I could eat every day for 8 days was a fried egg! Sometimes there was also scrambled egg( which was disgusting) or mushrooms but the same utensil was used for meat options so I couldn’t choose them anyway. As a vegetarian the whole thing was something to be endured and certainly not an enjoyable start to the day. Overseeing the whole sorry procedure was poor Maria who had to do everything on her own. I realise this is the end of season but in town my family enjoyed much better quality breakfasts at the local cafes making Maria’s excuse that “ this is Folegandros” when I challenged her null and void.

Καλύτερο των προσδοκιών μου
Το ξενοδοχείο ήταν καλύτερο των προσδοκιών μου. Άψογη εξυπηρέτηση πριν ακόμα φτάσουμε στο νησί, μιας και μου στάλθηκε mail σχετικά με το πότε ερχόμαστε ώστε να κανονιστεί πουλμανάκι για την μεταφορά μας εκεί. Με το που φτάσαμε μας έκαναν αναβάθμιση σε ένα μεγαλύτερο δωμάτιο (ήμασταν 3 φίλοι), κάτι που μας χαροποίησε ιδιαίτερως. Το δωμάτιο ήταν διχωρο, με 2 υπνοδωμάτια και 2 μπάνια. Όμορφη διακόσμηση, καθαριότητα φουλ και το κρεβάτι πολύ άνετο. Το πρωινό του ξενοδοχείου είναι μια χαρά. Δεν θα πω πως είναι τελειο όμως, μιας και απουσίαζαν κάποια πράγματα κυρίως ο φρέσκος χυμός πορτοκαλί. Νομίζω ότι η πισίνα του ξενοδοχείου είναι αυτή που κερδίζει τις εντυπώσεις...

Location very good. The rooms need refurbishing.
Very nice location. The hotel could be very nice but needs refurbishing and attention to detail. Very smelly mold in the closet made it impossible to store our clothes. Reception staff ok but the rest of the staff seem to be too few and need training in service management and attention to detail. The pool area looks very nice.

Dejligt hotel med skøn pool. Kan virkeligt anbefales. Meget rent, pænt og god service. Det ligger perfekt i Chora.

Ωραια τοποθεσια & εγκαταστασεις!
Πολυ καλη τοποθεσια διπλα στο κεντρο,ωραιες εγκαταστασεις,ευγενεστατο και εξυπηρετικο προσωπικο.Το πρωινο παρα πολυ καλο και με επιλογες.Ολα γενικα ηταν εξαιρετικα για να μην πολυλογω.Μεγαλο μειονεκτημα και πολυ ενοχλητικο η υπερβολικη υγρασια και η ασχημη μυρωδια που ειχε ολο το δωματιο και ειδικα οι ντουλαπες του δωματιου.
