Très bon séjour
Maison très agréable avec une vue magnifique sur la mer et des couchers de soleil sublimes, villa très propre, moderne et confortable. Les maisons d'à côté n'étaient pas louées ce qui était très agréable, peut être un peu moins si cela avait été le cas. Peut-être il faudrait un peu plus de vaisselle et d'ustensiles de cuisine mais on s'en arrange bien.

Lovely Stay
The villas are beyond gorgeous. It is a picturesque and relaxing place to stay and is close to a number of restaurants and beaches. Just know that your GPS will take you past the location, so be on the lookout for the Caldera Villas sign. I would highly recommended staying here if you have the chance.

Top Villa mit klarer Weiterempfehlung
Eine wunderschöne Villa in Top Lage und mit eingezäunten Grundstück. Der Service ist super und wird vorher angekündigt. Das Interieur ist gut aufeinander abgestimmt und dir Außenanlage ist ideal zum entspannen geeignet. Der Pool ist groß genug und wird auch immer wieder gereinigt. Alles zusammen ein super Villa die man nur weiterempfehlen kann!

Family holiday with older teens !
We absolutely this holiday and the villa. Good location to beach only a short walk which is good bit of exercise! Beautiful villa just as in the pictures although there are 3 on the plot and the one we had was bottom and sunset/sea view wasn’t as clear as we thought so just check what villa you will be in, it was very private though which is nice. Pool is cleaned daily and very nice. Property manager is very helpful and all the staff are friendly and he was always contactable which was great. Nexus coffee shop up the road is perfect and ridiculously cheap compared to UK! We visited the old town of Hersonissis .. a must it’s beautiful, also go to Sarandaris beach ! Just like Mamma Mia … stunning setting. Overall we had a really lovely holiday here and I wouldn’t hesitate to go back again :-) Thanks

Fantastic villa! Can’t miss opportunity
Family of 5 adults enjoying a nice relaxing vacation in this fantastic villa. EVERYTHING listed was as good or better! Management was perfect, easy checkin, great communication Convenient area in Crete w/out the crazy nightlife. Close to many vineyards and other activities.

Very nice modern Villa
The villa was almost brand new and has a very nice interior and exterior design. Nice pool area with plenty of space to spend time also with more people. All in all a luxury place to enjoy and relax. Communication was very good via WhatsApp and whenever we needed support, Pantelis was there to help and provide information. Only thing to note is that the villa is placed in the air corridor to Heraklion airport, so there will be some planes when the wind is from North west.It hasn't bothered us at all and I can only recommend the villa.

Wahnsinnig tolles Haus in einer tollen Umgebung!
Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche in einer der Caldera Villas verbracht und uns pudelwohl gefühlt. Der Abschied tat diesmal weh 😢 Die Kommunikation vor und während dem Urlaub war perfekt. All unsere Fragen wurden schnell beantwortet, zu Fragen vor Ort mit entsprechenden Links um alles schnell zu finden. Das Haus selber war sehr sauber, genau wie auf den Bildern abgebildet. Es war voll klimatisiert, perfekt bei den hohen Temperaturen. Der große Pool und die Sonnenterrasse haben den ganzen Tag dazu eingeladen, Zeit dort zu verbringen. Die Umgebung war auch sehr schön. Strände in 5 Minuten zu erreichen, Lidl und griechische Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ebenfalls. Auch um Abends noch was leckeres essen zu gehen war die Lage perfekt. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt, in dem Haus und auch auf der Insel mit den unheimlich netten Menschen.

Beautiful villa, we had a great stay.
The villa was very beautiful and included all we needed. Very nice garden with view on the sea, private pool, large table, lounge, bbq and more. I would recommend this villa to others. (It is also very easy to get a taxi to the cherso strip, 10euros max).

Zwei kurze Tage im Nordosten der Insel
Wir fanden das Haus, weil wir einen privaten Außenpool gesucht hatten. Tolles Anwesen, tolles Haus, toller Pool. Man wird halt Kamera überwacht. Tolle Restaurant in der Umgebung.

Just to be more specific for every client , the cameras are at the exterior spaces of the villas and when clients are staying there is no monitoring. They are enabled only when there are no visitors for the property safety and when the alarm system is enabled. Thank you a lot and we will be happy to host you again soon!
