Calme et tranquillité à Zakynthos
Hôtel agréable et confortable pour visiter Zakynthos.L’hôtel surplombe la plage et la vue est magnifique. En revanche, on regrette l’absence de piscine car la plage de Tsilivi est quelconque et son accès de l’hôtel à pied est dangereux par une route très fréquentée. Le personnel est sympathique et nous avons particulièrement apprécié l’aide et la disponibilité du patron de l’hôtel alors que notre ferry était annulé.

Excellent hôtel très propre, ambiance sympathique mais classe, terrasse à couper le souffle, très bonne nourriture. La plage est très proche et les excursions proposées par l’hôtel sont magnifiques. Seul bémol: pour accéder à la plage, il faut marcher 200 m sur la route. Que cela ne gâche pas le plaisir, le Balcony est une parfaite destination pour un séjour balnéaire réussi!

Rapport qualité prix excellent
Joli hôtel surplombant Tsilivi, nous avons été accueilli comme de l’an famille. L’equipe était toujours disponible à la moindre demande. La chambre était confortable et équipée d’un très grand balcon face à la mer. Les seuls axes d’amélioration sont la douche qui est petite et avec un rideau bas de gamme et le petit déjeuner qui manque de produit de qualité (comme le jus d’orange qui est industriel).

Wir haben als Pärchen 4 tolle Tage in dem Hotel Balcony verbracht. Das Personal war stets ultra freundlich und sehr motiviert und engagiert! Der Ausblick von dem Hotel ist atemberaubend... egal zu welcher Uhrzeit. Von der Frühstücksterrasse hat man jeden Morgen einen tollen Blick auf Tsilivi und den Strand. Das Frühstück ist wirklich hervorragend. Die Zimmer sind sehr gut ausgestattet (Wasserkocher, Kühlschrank, jeden Tag eine kostenlose Wasserflasche, Kaffee und Tee, Badutensilien etc.), jedoch etwas wenig Stauraum und Ablagefächer im Badezimmer. Unser Fazit: wir haben uns in dem Hotel wirklich wohl gefühlt und 4 tolle Tage mit einem herrlichen Ausblick verbracht. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen, sollten wir auf Zakynthos sein! Was man jedoch für sich beachten sollte, was unsere persönliche Meinung ist: das Hotel ist vom Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht ganz stimmig, da es auf der Insel durchaus auch andere Unterkünfte gibt, die knapp für die Hälfte des Geldes ähnliches zu bieten haben!

Lovely quiet property. Delicious breakfast buffet every morning was a perfect way to start the day. We really enjoyed the friendly staff and the view from our balcony. It is a little away from the hustle and bustle of Tsilivi and Planos but it had one of the few parking lots in the area which is why we picked it. We really enjoyed the city of Tsilivi. Great place to stay on the island. There were a couple things we didn’t particularly like, the toilets only allow flushing every 15 mins so you have to wait to flush sometimes. This may be because of the type of plumbing I’m not sure. The beds were beautiful but too stiff for my back. There are no usb ports for US visitors fyi. Overall very happy with our stay.

Our stay at The Balcony Hotel was amazing and everything we had hoped for. When we arrived we felt so welcome and throughout our stay the owners and staff ensured that we were happy and had everything we needed. Nothing was a problem to them and we enjoyed every minute of our stay. Our room and view was beautiful, very clean with new towels and water every day. Breakfast was great with lots of variety. It was a quiet at night even next to the road, allowing us to get a great nights sleep and well deserved rest. We will definitely be returning in the future and we can’t wait. An amazing holiday in an amazing place, made better by this hotel.

Abbiamo soggiornato 2 settimane al Balcony Hotel ed e’ stata una esperienza unica , indimenticabile . L’Hotel e’ situato in una posizione strategica , la camera era fronte mare , con una vista mozzafiato sull’insenatura di Tsilivi . La struttura e’ nuova e curata nei minimi dettagli , una menzione particolare ad Elena ed a tutto il personale , sempre attenti a mettere a proprio agio i Clienti e proattivi nel soddisfare eventuali richieste . Il Ristorante e’ incantevole e secondo me non ha rivali a Zante , sia per la posizione ( dalla terrazza e’ possibile ammirare un tramonto che difficilmente si dimentica ), che per la qualità delle pietanze . “Always in our heart” . Great location, views over the bay, friendly & welcoming staff, good variety of food available at breakfast & restaurant for evening meal superb & not expensive. Shame there is no swimming pool or sunbathing area. It’s position is ideal for an infinity pool. It’s also a bit of a trek to beach.

We loved our two night stay at the Balcony Hotel. Everyone was very attentive and courteous. Room was immaculate. The food at the restaurant was delicious. Overall a wonderful stay with wonderful views. Great communication as well. Assisted in making tour arrangements and airport transfers. Definitely recommended!

The best hotel in Zakynthos.
The hotel is amazing! The view is the best in Zakynthos. Everybody that works there is great and make you feel like you are home. The hotel restaurant has a great view and excellent food. I highly recommend this hotel if you plan on visiting Zakynthos.

景色が抜群にいいです！水周りも特に問題なく、清潔です。 エアコンはベランダの窓を閉めないと電源が入らない仕組みなので気をつけて下さい。 周りには何も無いので、出歩くには少し不便かもしれません。 従業員の方もとてもフレンドリーで良かったです！

Regarding the credit card terminal, I would like to underline that it is reliable and fully functioning. However, the credit card terminals of the companies that we cooperate may sometimes be low as they are wireless but he have already ask to replace them. Geweldige locatie met een geweldig uitzicht. Het is elke dag weer opnieuw genieten. Wij hadden een kamer met een balkon met gedeeltelijk zeezicht. Dit was perfect, vanaf ons balkon kon je heel zakynthos overzien (tot de volgende berg in de verte), het strans van tsilivi en een gedeelte van de zee. Vooral met zonsondergang is dit prachtig om te zien. De kamer was tip top in orde, niet heel groot maar dit maakte voor ons niet uit gezien wij er bijna alleen sliepen en af en toe een drankje op het balkon nuttigden. Genoeg opberg plek voor kleding, mini koelkast, waterkokertje, elke dag kregen we een nieuwe fles water, glazen en koffie en thee zakjes. De badkamer was heel schoon, haardroger aanwezig, prima douche met een lekkere straal en het toilet was ook prima. Er stonden voor ons wat zeepjes, shampoos, tandenborstels etc klaar. De airco in de kamer was heerlijk. De kamer beschikte echter wel over een systeem dat als de balkon deuren open of op een kier stonden de airco automatisch uitging en het toegangspasje (ipv sleutel) moest in een houdertje naast de deur anders had de kamer geen stroom (dus ook geen airco). Opzich geen probleem maar de kamer is dus wel wat warm bij binnenkomst. Het ontbijt was lekker, alles er op en er aan maar we waren er na 5 keer wel wat op uitgekeken. Het restaurant bij het hotel is denk ik het beste restaurant war we in Zakynthos hebben gegeten, zeker de moussaka is een aanrader. Het personeel is geweldig, super aardig en doet alles voor je.

Perfect location for enjoying sunset. About 20minutes from airport and cost 22euro by taxi. They arranged the tour to visit shipwreck beach and also view point. This was what I wanted to do in Zakynthos. Staffs are very kind, helpful and take care of customers a lot. I think I did the perfect choice of hotel.
