Please discuss with owner at time of booking. Guests have access to limited wood during stay. \*Late check out/early check in is available at $30/hr. If guests check out late but do not notify host, there will be a charge of $100. \*Please note: There is a lot of wild life on the surrounding area and we recommend not to walk off the property after dark. We do not have a hot tub and the pool is not heated. Profiles with a lower review rating than 4 stars will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be cancelled.
